Does anyone have any expericence (negative or positive) with Dyson's Customer Service Department? I had always heard such good things but when I called yesterday the lady was HORRIBLE. When I told her we had purchased a floor model her attitude shifted to almost contempt. She demanded I tell her how much we paid for our machine - none of her damn business! She really made me feel like a second class citizen.

Anyhow the whole rest of the call just went downhill. I have written a letter to the company but wasn't sure where to send it. The contact link on the website just doesn't seem to fit what I'm looking for. I really want someone higher up to read my letter. Any suggestions?
