The 'self cleaning' filter on my model will quit spinning and does not clean its 'self'. It worked wonderfully when I first got it 6 months ago but now the stupid filter is making it so it is not picking up with the hose. I have to keep manually cleaning the 'self cleaning' filter. Piece of junk.

My Hoover just quit working...we had it for approximately six months as well. The hose quit working and it never picked up anything. I bought a vacuum with bags instead of a wind tunnel or bagless. I honestly believe the bagless do not have enough suction or lose suction after awhile.

I want to get a refund from Hoover. the 1 year warranty is goingto expire within 1 month. we have had it in the shop, they will only clean hepa filter, which gives you medocore performance for a few uses. then the filter is dirty again. it barely spins and does not self clean.
