I purchased the vacuum 2 1/2 weeks ago and like most people I was hustled into purchasing the vacuum. Now one of the belts broke on the kirby and it doesnt work (that was a week ago). We tried to return it and now they tell us we only had 3 days! When the sells guy told us 30 days!! I feel so cheated and they still haven't helped me with the broken belt from the vacuum. Can anyone help please.

- I live in CA and I have contacted my local news station about this so that others wont get ripped off like I did (and after reading like so many others).
