Find the exhaust. Hole should be the same size as the intake where your hose goes. Attach your hose to the exhaust and turn on. The force of air should help to move it.

get a brass wire hanger and straighten it out. tape however many you need together. straighten the hose out and ram it up in there.(that sounds dirty) make sure you dont go too far and hit the impeller. turn on the vacuum and continue to work the clog untill it is sucked through.

if you are referring to the hose in the base of the machine, where the brush is, you have to remove all the screws from the underside of the vacuum. then after the screws are removed, remove the top cover plate. then, using a wire coat hanger, remove the obstruction from the bottom hose.

this model typically clogs at the base of the machine. once the clog ir removed, just reattach the cover plate, put the screws back in, and then try it out. i hope that helped you.
