Electrolux vacuums used to be great machines, the older (8+ yrs) machines are still good vacuums. They were basic machines with lots of power which equals a good machine. However the new machines still have power, but also have a lot of electronic controls which is just more to go wrong with the machine. If only they were made like they used to be.

I hope that you as our customer or some one who is at least famalier with our products has not only have been able see how the Aerus Electrolux is a good product, but have been able to experience great long term customer service.
