Devil Vision Turbo vaccum anyone? I have a Dirt Devil vision Turbo vacuum and the thermal protection device has gone out in it and it wont stay running for over 3 min. I would like a diagram so I can fix it. I took it in and they said I need to get the ok from dirt devil themselves I've contacted them many times to no avail they wont even answer me if I can take it in. Any one know where the device is located or where I can find a diagram for the location? I looked on Dirt Devil's website and didn't get any help there either.There are no clogs it's not over heating the device is just telling it that it is. I took into a shop and they wont repair it with out consent from dirt devil. I doubt that it would be able to over heat in less than a min. worth of vaucuuming. I was told that it happens pretty regularly that the protection "goes out" in these vacuums.
