...Kenmore side-byside ref/freez ? Only the front part of the v-shaped rack configuration is accessible to me (and doing any cooling) because the back part is very thick with dust. As a result I have to vacuum much more often; if I don't, there is no cooling at all (happened one time).

The appliance is about 4 yrs old and the fins are underneath it, accessed from the front.
