Hi, I have a new rainbow platinum & cannot get the electrified hose attached correctly in order for my power nozzle to work. Any suggestions?? Right now I'm wishing I had just got my old D4 fixed. Reps tell me the hose needs to go in on an angle to line up the prongs correctly but that's not working either.Thanks, Jackie
